Relentless rain led to the abandonment of the Kerala-Madhya Pradesh Vijay Hazare Trophy league match at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground on Monday.

Kerala won the toss and chose to field. But 15 minutes before the scheduled start, skies opened up and kept the players indoor. The match was finally called off at 1.20 pm.

The teams received two points each. After four matches, Kerala with 10 points holds the second spot, behind Delhi which also has 10 points but from three outings.

Madhya Pradesh finally opened its account with two points after three matches.
