Turkish fans clashed with security forces in Lyon ahead of Thursday's Europa League quarterfinal at Parc OL and left a steward injured, an AFP photographer at the ground reported.

Trouble also erupted between rival fans outside another entrance to the stadium as smoke billowed from tear gas canisters.
