34-40 Haryana is now reviewing for the bonus. Looks like this review request was taken before the timeout was taken. Replays show no bonus. Now the replays show Meetu. Is this the raid in question or are they checking Sushil’s? Confusion momentarily as we wonder why Meetu’s raid was shown at all. Sushil is the man in the question. NO BONUS. 26-31 Rakesh now removes Jaideep and Prapanjan. Too simple the touches as he runs through a sort of chain these two formed. Haryana is listless in passages.
26-29 Rakesh takes out Mohit on the left corner.
Haryana is getting an earful from Manpreet. Especially to Nitin Rawal, for leaking so many points.
Just over 10 minutes remain and it looks like Haryana is in a slight spot of trouble.

26-26 Bastami handles Mahendra Ganesh Rajput as he gets a grip on his waist and pulls him back. Nitin Rawal helps with some pressure from the front. Gujarat reviews for the bonus. NO BONUS, the replays show.
25-26 GUJARAT INFLICTS THE ALL OUT. Haryana gets the bonus. Gujarat gets a slender one point lead.
24-23 Rakesh makes quick work of Joginder Narwal to get his super 10.
24-22 A team effort helps Gujarat send out Sushil. Arkam Shaikh comes good there.
24-21 Rakesh gets an easy point as Manjeet goes for a tackle too high up
24-20 Manjeet lunges forward as he moves from left to right on the court and he gets Sourav Gulia
23-20 Rakesh takes out Meetu after he throws in an unnecessary tackle
23-19 Rakesh expected more but he gets just two points from this raid. Rakesh does not review, we wonder why. The deficit still 4 points. Nitin Rawal and Jaideep Dahiya are who he takes out.

HALFTIME: 22-16 in favour of Haryana. Haryana started on the backfoot in this game but their defense has brought them back. They have twice the number of tackle points Gujarat has and that’s proving to be the difference. Amirhossein Bastami and Jaideep, who has high five to his name, have been pivotal for Haryana

21-16 Meetu turns it around as he INFLICTS AN ALL OUT ON THE GUJARAT GIANTS. Meetu gets a touch on one defender and then with his head as the pivot, he uses his lower body to propel his leg across the midline. Just brilliance and Manpreet is jumping on the side. Shankar Gadai, Sandeep Kandola the defenders who couldn’t hold on.
17-16 Prashant Kumar Rai is not the swift force he once was. He is brought down by the Haryana defense on the right.
16-16 Manjeet is a smart raider. He wanted everyone there and he reached out for more after going past the midline. He levels scores. Sourav Gulia and Arkam Shaikh the victims.
14-16 Amirhossein Bastami was charging at Chandran Ranjit from the back and Ranjit is actually lucky that Jaideep in the left took him down first.
13-16 Prapanjan is chipping away here as he gets Rinku Narwal
12-16 Ram Mehar wants three points but Chandran Ranjit gets just two. Jaideep and Nitin Rawal the scalps.
12-14 Meetu gets a gentle toe touch on Rakesh. Lead raider removed.

6-7 Clutch tackle from Rinku. Meetu is held as he turns his back on Rinku and finds himself pulled back into the Gujarat half.
6-6 Just like that, scores are even. Jaideep and Mohit combine to bring down Rakesh. Jaideep with the ankle hold and Mohit with the block/dash.
4-6 Sushil gets a bonus for Haryana
3-6 Rakesh is given just Bastami’s point but he is insisting he has two touches. Haryana is down to two men now as a result. K. Prapanjan the second point that Rakesh gets
3-4 Manjeet comes in on a do or die raid and he runs right into the Gujarat web, much to Ram Mehar Singh’s delight. Sourav Gulia and Arkam Shaikh doing the work. Nicely finished.

3-2 Sourav Gulia takes down Meetu. Point to Gujarat
3-1 Amihossein Bastami puts in an insane tackle. He pulls Rakesh and turns him around right next to the midline and puts him on the ground,. Just pure strength. Rakesh’s foot crossed the midline, but in the air and that does not count!
2-1 Mohit Nandal does a great job as he comes in from the left, turns and thumps Chandran Ranjit in the right.

Manjeet has been the best raider for the Steelers with 39 raid points. Meetu has been a helping hand for Manjeet with 29 raid points and will be aiming to score on a regular basis. In defence, Mohit Nandal and Jaideep Dahiya have been a force to reckon with as they have scored 14 and 12 tackle points respectively. Nitin Rawal has been the third-best defender for the team with nine tackle points.

On the other hand, Gujarat Giants will go into this game after a big win against U.P. Yoddhas. It has been a roller coaster ride for them this season as they have two wins and two losses along with a tie. With 60 raid points, Rakesh has been the go-to man for the Giants in the attack. Their captain, Chandran Ranjit has scored 31 raid points and will look to lead from the front after a good performance last time around. All-rounder, Parteek Dhaiya has also chipped in with 15 raid points. In defence, Sourav Gulia has impressed with his defensive skills and has contributed with 13 tackle points, while Arkam Shaikh and Shankar Gadai have amassed 9 and 8 tackle points for Gujarat Giants respectively.
