Delhi sprinter Nisar Ahmed, who broke the under-16 boys 100m and 200m national records last year will be seen in action during the 15th National youth athletics championships which will be held at Vadodara, Gujarat.
Haryana’s junior national high jump record holder Rubina Yadav and Uttarakhand’s Asian junior 800m champion Anu Kumar will also be participating in the championships that will be held from July 21 to 23.
Tamil Nadu’s Youth Olympics Asian qualification meet 800m winner N. Sreekiran will also be in action.
Over 600 athletes are expected in the three-day under-18 event.
