Swaraj CC, a second division club in the TNCA, will be signing the Pandya Brothers, Hardik and Krunal, for the coming season.

Sportstar has learnt from reliable sources that Swaraj, a team that is sponsored by Take Solutions, will have the services of the all-round duo as it strives to qualify for the first division.

Each club is allowed to field two outstation cricketers. Swaraj’s move is also reflective of the increasing competition for a place in the first division league.

The 22-year-old Hardik, who has represented India in 16 Twenty20 internationals, is a lively pacer and a hard-hitting batsman. He first caught attention during the IPL in which he represented Mumbai Indians.

Older brother, Krunal, 25, is a useful left-arm spinner and a strokeful southpaw. He had a good season with the Mumbai Indians in the IPL. Both the brothers turn out for Baroda in domestic cricket.

Take Solutions, which is maintaining Swaraj, also owns a franchise in the Tamil Nadu Premier League.
