MATCH HIGHLIGHTS:

AND IT'S FULL-TIME! FINAL SCORE: CHELSEA 2 - 1 LEICESTER CITY!!!

90+2' FIVE MINUTES OF STOPPAGE TIME TO BE ADDED ON AT THE END OF THE SECOND HALF! There's a tussle between players from both the sides here. Antonio Rudiger (Chelsea) and Ricardo Pereira (Leicester City) at the forefront of it. Finally, all the chaos ends and the play continues. Daniel Amartey, who is on the LCFC bench, is the only player booked by the referee.

87' ANOTHER LEICESTER BOOKING! Back-to-back fouls here. Mason Mount brought down Youri Tielemans first and after the referee blew his whistle Wilfred Ndidi took out Mount with a clumsy challenge. So it is Ndidi who got the yellow card, but the free-kick goes Leicester City's way.

83' YELLOW CARD! Just when Leicester City was beginning to dominate this game, Chelsea initiated a brilliant counter-attack and Timo Werner almost won another penalty. Leicester's Wesley Fofana fouled him just outside the box and went into the referee's book.

79' FREE-KICK FOR CHELSEA! Leicester City's Ricardo Pereira concedes this set-piece. Ben Chilwell sends a cross into the box. It hits a couple of LCFC players and falls to CFC striker Timo Werner, who goes for the overhead kick and fails miserably.

75' GOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!!!! KELECHI IHEANACHO SCORES!!! LEICESTER CITY 1 - 2 CHELSEA!!!!!! Wilfred Ndidi and Iheanacho complete a brilliant move for the visitor as the latter beats goalkeeper Eduoard Mendy with a wonderful left-footed strike.

71' SUBSTITUTION! Leicester City head coach Brendan Rodgers makes his second change of the night. Ricardo Pereira is brought on to replace Marc Albrighton in the middle. This is a like-for-like replacement from Rodgers, who is extremely animated on the sidelines.

67' GOOOOAAAAALLLLLL!!!!!! JORGINHO SCORES!!! CHELSEA 2 - 0 LEICESTER CITY!!!!! Timo Werner earned this spot-kick for his team. It was initially given as a free-kick but VAR came to Chelsea's rescue. Jorginho kept his calm and found the back of the net.

63' CORNER FOR LEICESTER! Tielemans' supply is poor as Ben Chilwell clears the ball away. Leicester City is unable to hold possession as Chelsea begins a counter. Timo Werner takes the ball forward with pace. He has Timothy Castagne by his side and his shot is straight at Schmeichel.

59' SUBSTITUTION! Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers introduces some fresh legs here. The in-form Kelechi Iheanacho replaces the off-color James Maddison on the field. Chelsea is still dominating the game. Rodgers would hope that Iheanacho makes an instant impact.

55' FREE-KICK FOR LEICESTER CITY! Ayoze Perez has won a set-piece for the visitor from a promising position. Youri Tielemans will supply the cross as usual. However, it's a poor one as Chelsea regains possession and begins a counter-attack.

51' CROSS! Cesar Azpilicueta tries to a send a ball into the box for Chelsea from the right flank but it is intercepted. INJURY! In the process, Mason Mount goes down to the ground. The home team's medical staff rush into the field. Mount is good enough to continue playing.

47' GOOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!!!! ANTONIO RUDIGER SCORES!!!! CHELSEA 1 - 0 LEICESTER CITY!!! This was a Ben Chilwell corner and a cross was supplied into the box. The ball took a deflection off a Leicester City player and fell for Rudiger who completed the tap-in.

THE SECOND HALF IS UNDERWAY!

Forty-five minutes to go. Stay tuned!

AND IT'S HALF-TIME! SCORE: CHELSEA 0 - 0 LEICESTER CITY!!!

45' TWO MINUTES OF STOPPAGE TIME TO BE ADDED ON AT THE END OF THE FIRST HALF! Chelsea has clearly dominated the possessional, passing and attacking stats so far tonight. Leicester City is just happy to play from the back here.

40' LEICESTER CITY CORNER! A Marc Albrighton cross from the right wing is cleared out by Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta. Youri Tielemans is on set-piece duty now. However, the Chelsea players in the box are alert as they avert the danger and regain possession.

36' GOAL DISALLOWED AGAIN! Timo Werner denied a goal yet again. This time it was a handball and VAR spotted it. There was chaos inside the Leicester City box during a Chelsea corner and Werner eventually scored the goal only for it to be cancelled moments later.

32' YELLOW CARD AND SUBSTITUTION! Leicester City's Ayoze Perez is booked by the referee for a mistimed tackle. Meanwhile, an injured N'Golo Kante makes way for Mateo Kovacic much to the frustration of Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel.

28' AMAZING SAVE! Who else? It is Leicester City skipper Kasper Schmeichel who denies Mason Mount again, after the FA Cup final. Mount came up with a wonderful solo run. He tried to pass the ball into the middle but got it back on the rebound and tested Schmeichel from close range.

24' FREE-KICK FOR LEICESTER! A few moments after Timo Werner's goal is disallowed due to offside, the away side wins a set-piece. Luke Thomas takes this one. But his cross up front is easily cleared away by the Chelsea defence.

20' PENALTY CLAIMS FROM CHELSEA! Another Chelsea attack with numbers forward. Youri Tielemans and Timo Werner get into a tussle inside the box and the latter goes down to the ground. But the referee doesn't award a spot-kick. VAR stands with him as play continues.

16' FREE-KICK FOR CHELSEA! Mason Mount is brought down and the host takes a quick set-piece. The ball eventually falls to Ben Chilwell, whose cross from the left flank is cleared away easily by Wesley Fofana. Another Chelsea chance wasted.

12' CROSS! This was a very good Leicester City counter-attack. Youri Tielemans controlled the ball well, composed himself and sent a long ball into the box for Jamie Vardy. However, Reece James comes to Chelsea's rescue with the headed clearance.

8' CORNER FOR CHELSEA! The home team is attacking with intent here. Both Kante and Pulisic took shots on target from close range but the ball takes a deflection off a Leicester player and goes out. Chelsea is unable to utilise the set-piece.

4' WHAT A CHANCE FOR CHELSEA! Timo Werner receives the ball in midfield, turns well to get past two Leicester players and rushes forward. He sets up Ben Chilwell with a good pass to his left. However, Chilwell's shot from inside the box misses the target by a whisker.

MATCH PREVIEW:

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has not lost faith in his players in the wake of Saturday's 1-0 FA Cup final loss to Leicester City and said it will regroup for its battle to secure a Premier League top-four finish and win the Champions League.

Tuchel has guided Chelsea to the final of Europe's elite club competition and helped it climb the league table since taking over from Frank Lampard in January, but consecutive defeats has put them under pressure.

After last week's shock defeat by Arsenal, Chelsea is fourth on 64 points, just one point above Liverpool with two games left.

"This is a strong group.  There is no reason to doubt these players, who have done so well to get into the top four from 10th place, to reach the FA Cup final and to be in the final of the Champions League," Tuchel told the club website.

"We are strong enough to handle these situations and these are the challenges that we face. It's not easy, but it is fun, and there are a lot of teams chasing us and our situation," he added.

Chelsea hosts Leicester on Tuesday before travelling to Aston Villa on Sunday to wrap up the league campaign. It faces Manchester City in the Champions League final on May 29 in Porto.
