Shotgun World Cup: Indians fail to make mixed trap final

The two Indian teams register identical scores of 123 to finish 16th and 17th.

The two Indian teams shot identical scores of 123 and placed 16th and 17th in the mixed trap team competition of the Shotgun World Cup in Tucson, U.S.

Manavjit Singh Sandhu who shot 66, and with Seema Tomar (57) had formed the ‘B’ team. Lakshay Sheoran (63) and Shreyasi (60) had an even performance, as the two teams missed the final berth by nine points.

Corey Cogdell and Casey Wallace of the U.S. managed to pip qualification toppers Melanie Couzy and Sebastien Guerrero of France by one point for the gold.
