NBA: Trail Blazers' Jusuf Nurkic suffers gruesome leg injury

The big man recorded 32 points, 16 rebounds and five assists in the contest.

Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic recorded 32 points, 16 rebounds and five assists against Brooklyn Nets.

Jusuf Nurkic suffered a gruesome leg injury against the Nets on Monday.

The Trail Blazers center went up for a rebound in the second overtime of his team's matchup with Brooklyn before coming down awkwardly and collapsing to the floor. Nurkic left the court on a stretcher and did not return.

Portland fans gave Nurkic a standing ovation as he was taken back to the locker room.
