Aditya Verma, petitioner in the IPL spot-fixing scam, has written a letter to COA chief Vinod Rai alleging discrimination against Bihar cricketers after they were not included in the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction.

Verma, in his letter, has accused BCCI office-bearers of flouting rules by allowing Rajeev Shukla to continue as the IPL chairman. He has also alleged that CEO Rahul Johri and acting secretary Amitabh Choudhary have “formed a gang” and are not implementing Supreme Court diktat on Lodha Committee reforms.
