Mumbai Indians pacer Jasprit Bumrah in action against Delhi Capitals at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday.

Mumbai Indians fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah joined the team's training session at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Tuesday. There are concerns surrounding Bumrah's fitness, after the gun pacer injured his shoulder during MI's first IPL match against Delhi Capitals.  MI takes on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Thursday, though there was no official comment from the MI camp if Bumrah is fit and available for selection.

Bumrah warmed up and took catches, but did not bowl in the nets. The 25-year-old was warmly greeted by RCB and India skipper Virat Kohli, after which he spent time talking to MI Director of Cricket Operations Zaheer Khan and others members of the contingent.

The Indian team management, meanwhile, will hope that Bumrah is back to peak fitness for the 50-over World Cup, which begins on May 30.
