Till then, this is Shivansh Gupta bidding you all good night. CIAO!

That's all we have for you today. Thank you so much for joining us. We will see you tomorrow at 7pm for an absolute THRILLER OF A GAME BETWEEN PATNA PIRATES AND DABANG DELHI.

For Pune, as far as this team is concerned, nothing seems to be going right. Pankaj Mohite has been at his clinical best in the last few matches and nobody else has been consistent.

BOY, OH BOY! Jaipur had to wait for so long to register its first win, but it has come at the right time. As teams make on final dash for a berth in the play-offs, Jaipur's victory means UP Yoddha isn't safe yet and the pressure is now on UP to continue racking up wins .

FULL-TIME! JAIPUR WINS 43-34 AGAINST PUNE AND JAIPUR WINS ITS FIRST MATCH AFTER NINE GAMES! IT IS NOW IN SEVENTH WHILE PUNERI PALTAN CONTINUES TO REEL AT EIGHT!

43-33: Two points for Mohite as Pavan TR and Vishal fail to contain Mohite.

43-31: Pankaj Mohite picks up a quick bonus.

43-31: No coaching during raid as Pune is awarded a non-technical point.

43-30: SUPER-10 TO MOHITE! HE HAS BEEN PUNE'S LONE WARRIOR TONIGHT! RICHLY DESERVED! SANDEEP DHULL, THE DEFENDER WHO HAS TO GO BACK TO THE BENCH.

20-14: The first point of the final 20 goes to Manjeet. Vishal with a nothing block there, as he allows Manjeet to walk back to safety.

20-13: Pankaj Mohite is in to resume the proceedings. He has the potential to turn the table over on his own. Just two points from seven raids in the first half. He starts with an empty-raid.

WE ARE BACK WITH THE SECOND HALF

HALF-TIME: Both teams started well before Pune's defensive errors started hurting the Paltan. Deepak Hooda has received good support from Deepak Narwal and Nilesh Salunke as Jaipur heads into the break with a seven-point lead.

20-13: Deepak Hooda targets Sagar Krishna and that was a very brave raid! Running hand touch off the defender as the first half comes to an end.

19-13: Well done there, Mohite! While getting a hand touch off Amit Hooda in the right corner, he turns back, slips and falls on his right elbow! Thankfully, he is okay.

19-12: Do-or-die raid for Jaipur and Deepak Narwal is in. He goes left, then right and when he attempts a hand touch on Pune's right corner, three Puneri men come together to throw the raider off the match. JAIPUR CHALLENGES THE CALL THAT SINCE THE RAIDER WAS OUT OF BOUND, THREE DEFENDERS SHOULD ALSO GO OUT OF BOUNDS! REVIEW IS UNSUCCESSFUL AND ONE POINT TO PUNE. BOTH TEAMS HAVE LOST THEIR REVIEWS

19-11: Pavan TR stays rooted and becomes an easy scalp for Darshan Kadian, who obliges with an extending hand touch.

19-10: Another failed tackle and Pune is falling apart here. Manjeet with an advance tackel attempt on Deepak Hooda, who picks up his fifth point.

15-10: First Dhull and now Vishal, Jaipur's left corner is leaking points. Manjeet drags himself back to safety on time, while the defender was still clinging on to his feet.

15-9: Deepak Hooda gets the bonus, but PANKAJ MOHITE HOLDS HIM BACK WITH A SOLID ANKLE HOLD! WHAT CAN THIS MAN NOT DO?

14-8: That should help. Manjeet gets a bonus before making the most of Sandeep Dhull's failed ankle hold.

14-6: MORE ERRORS FROM PUNE'S DEFENCE AND JAIPUR CONTINUES TO FLY HIGH! THIS TIME, NILESH SALUNKE PULLS OFF A GREAT DUBKI TO GET PAST BALASAHEB JADHAV!

13-6: ALL-OUT! JAIPUR TAKES A MASSIVE LEAD AND IT HAS THE MOMENTUM! DEEPAK NARWAL WITH THE ASSIST IN THE TACKLE INITIATED BY PAVAN TR. Darshan Kadian was subbed in and the last man standing. He got the bonus before being pinned down.

5-3: OH, that's poor! Surjeet Singh, Pune's skipper, goes for a solo block on Deepak Hooda and he fails miserably.

4-3: PANKAJ MOHITE GETS SANDEEP DHULL AND HE IS OFF TO A GREAT START!

4-2: DEEPAK NARWAL IS HELD BACK BY SAGAR KRISHNA after picking up a bonus. PUNE challenges the call, claiming there is no bonus there, but the replay shows it's a clear bonus. WHAT A WASTE OF REVIEW AS IT IS DEEMED UNSUCCESSFUL.

3-1: Pune's Manjeet starts with an empty raid.

3-1: Deepak Hooda comes in for his first raid and he picks up a bonus.

2-1: NITIN TOMAR IS BACK IN THE SIDE, BUT HE DOESN'T GET OFF TO AN IDEAL START AS HE IS FLOORED WITH A BRILLIANT ANKLE HOLD FROM JAIPUR'S RIGHT CORNER! AMIT HOODA WITH HIS FIRST TACKLE POINT!

1-1: Nilesh Salunke comes in for the first raid of the match and he is ushered off by Manjeet with a solid ankle hold after Salunke bags the bonus. ONE POINT EACH

TOSS-  PUNE wins the toss and JAIPUR will raid first.

WITH THIS VICTORY, BENGAL WARRIORS GOES TO THE TOP OF THE TABLE AND DELHI IS DISPLACED FROM THAT SPOT FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE ITS HOME LEG.

33-38: MANINDER IS ACTIVE AND HE IS RAMPANT! HE FIRST NEGOTIATES A BLOCK BY MADANE AND THEN OVERPOWERS ABOZAR'S HIGH CHEST HOLD!

31-35: Siddharth is revived, thanks to Abozar's successful tackle on Sukesh Hegde.

30-35: This could prove to be detrimental to Titans' hopes of making a comeback. Right after the all-out, Siddharth Desai is sent to the bench by Baldev Singh.

30-34: ALL-OUT INFLICTED ON TITANS FOR THE SECOND TIME BY BENGAL AS THIS TIME, SIDDHARTH ONLY MANAGES A BONUS. HE IS TACKLED BY RINKU NARWAL, WHO POUNCES LOW AT HIM ON HIS ANKLES.

25-22: SUPER-RAID BY SIDDHARTH AND WHAT A SHIFT IN MOMENTUM! RINKU WITH A FAILED ANKLE HOLD, BUT HE MANAGES TO TOPPLE THE RAIDER. HOWEVER, THE RAIDER DRAGS HIM BACK TO SAFETY IN THE LEFT FLANK DESPITE HAVING JEEVA KUMAR AND AND SUNIL DUBE POUNCE AT HIM.

WE ARE BACK WITH THE SECOND HALF

Hence, it's the all-out that has made the difference. Massive second half coming up.

Titan's defence needs to buck up as Titans has scored only three tackle points. The number reads the same for Bengal Warriors.

10 raid points for Bengal and 9 for Titans.

6 RAID POINTS FOR MANINDER.

HALF-TIME! AND THAT BRINGS THE FIRST HALF TO AN END!

13-19: Do-or-die raid for Bengal now. Nabibakhsh is in and he pays the price of venturing in too deep. Fabulous double thigh hold by Vishal Bhardwaj.

12-19: Do-or-die raid and Siddharth Desai takes the safest route of bagging a bonus.

11-19: SUKESH HEGDE FIGHTS BACK AND BENGAL'S LEAD IS OF 8 POINTS NOW.

8-8: Maninder Singh has to go back to the bench, who tries to hard to get a touch point off Vishal Bhardwaj in the left corner. He is blind-sighted and that allows to come in from the back with a block. Umpires come together to check whether Maninder had stepped into the lobby without a touch. They reverse their decision and give three points to Bengal Warriors as three defenders had gone out with the raider.

8-8: Do-or-die raid for Bengal. Nabibkahsh is in and he has to go the bench. Risk taken by Titans may have paid off here. He is pinned down close to the mid-line. NO, WAIT! Bengal challenges the call that the raider should be safe after jersey pulling . Replay shows that there indeed was JERSEY PULL AND THE POINT GOES TO BENGAL WARRIORS! WHAT A REVIEW AS IT WAS SUCCESSFUL ONE!

8-7: Wow, that is the kind of pressure a raider can exert on the defence. Farhad, with sudden acceleration, goes left from right, gets a touch on Baldev Singh with a kick and uses the lobby to go back to the mid-line.

7-7: FROM A DROUGHT OF TACKLE POINTS TO A FLOOD OF TACKLE POINTS! THIS IS THE FOURTH CONSECUTIVE TACKLE POINT OF THE MATCH! Rinku Narwal with a strong diving ankle hold on Rajnish.

4-5: Do-or-die raid for Titans. Rajnish is in and he takes care of Nabibakhsh after getting a bonus. What a confident raid.

2-5: Vishal Bhardwaj is slow on the retreat and he falls prey to a running hand touch by Nabibakhsh.

2-4: C. Arun and Farhad Milagardhan, the two covers, are sent to the bench in one raid by

Maninder Singh. Combination of ankle hold and block cannot hold Maninder back.

2-2: Rajnish starts with an excellent raid. Gets Bengal's right cover, Sunil Manik Dubile with a reverse kick.

1-2: Now, Sukesh Hegde starts his night with a bonus point in the right cover.

1-1: Siddharth Desai comes in and fetches a point off Rinku Narwal, who attempts a poor ankle hold in the left corner.

0-1: Maninder Singh, captain of Bengal Warriors, comes in for the first raid of the match and he picks up an early bonus in the right corner by throwing Abozar deep.

TOSS- Telugu Titans wins the toss and Bengal Warriors will raid first.

We asked you who, you think, will finish as the top raider by the end of the group stage. Here's what you said:

MANINDER SINGH MEETS SIDDHARTH DESAI IN BATTLE OF TWO POWERHOUSES

Maninder Singh and Siddharth Desai have led the charge for their teams this season in the raiding department.

Siddharth has been scoring 50.7% of Telugu Titans’ total raid points and is averaging 8.6 raid points per match.  Maninder has 175 raid points already and is scoring 46.7% of Bengal Warriors’ total raid points. He averages a point higher than Siddharth and also has a slightly better raid SR.

But the biggest difference is probably the 13 minutes almost that Siddharth Desai spends off court as compared to Maninder who is generally out for less than 10 minutes per match on average.

Both raiders are also enjoying their best phase of the season:

Siddharth Desai has gotten better as the tournament has progressed. His raid strike-rate and raid point average have consistently improved and in the last 6 matches is averaging over 10 raid points per match, the best stretch of the season for him.

Maninder meanwhile was already very good, but he has taken it to another level in the last 6 matches where he is averaging 13.3 raid points per match. He has a raid strike-rate of 74 in this stretch and a raid failure rate of just 15% which is unbelievably good for a lead raider.

RACE FOR PLAYOFFS

  • Telugu Titans – A win will keep them in 11th place in the table.
  • Bengal Warriors – With a win they can go top of the table, leapfrogging Dabang Delhi.
