Novak Djokovic recalled an unusual memory of Serena Williams before drawing a crowd to his practice at Rod Laver Arena on Saturday.

STRETCHY SERENA IMPRESSES NOVAK
Djokovic was in a relaxed mood in his pre-final news conference at Melbourne Park on Saturday.
The world number one had a chance to reflect on Williams, who aimed for her 22nd grand slam title later in the day against Angelique Kerber.
"We kind of joke around about flexibility and what we are able to do on and off the court," he said.
"I still remember that one situation where in Madrid a couple years ago we were staying in the hotel that was just next to the big park. I went jogging and I've seen her stretching and kind of lifted her leg vertically up against a tree.
"It was one of the most impressive stretches that I've seen ever in in my life. That explained many things about why she's so successful and is able to sustain that high level of performance for so many years.
"She's truly a great champion, and I wish her another title."
LATE PRACTICE DRAWS A CROWD
Djokovic had a hit on Rod Laver Arena late on Saturday as he continues his preparations for his final against Andy Murray.
Plenty watched on as the Serbian went through his paces, just over 24 hours prior to the decider.
RISING STARS TAKE CENTRE STAGE
Vera Lapko and Oliver Anderson added their names to the respective honour rolls of junior boys' and girls' singles champions at Melbourne Park.
Lapko, the Belarusian fifth seed, beat Slovak Tereza Mihalikova 6-3 6-4, while Australian Anderson overcame Uzbek Jurabeck Karimov 6-2 1-6 6-1.
They join the likes of Rod Laver (1957), Stefan Edberg (1983), Evonne Goolagong (1970) and Victoria Azarenka (2005).
TITLES FOR ALCOTT, GRIFFIOEN
Dylan Alcott and Jiske Griffioen claimed finals wins, as did Brit Gordon Reid.
Alcott took out the quad wheelchair singles, Dutch top seed Griffioen the women's wheelchair decider and Reid the men's, with all their victories in straight sets.
