Sportstar, on its 40th birthday, has decided to reinstitute its annual awards, which were in being for about a decade from the mid-1990s.

There are many untold stories of struggle, fierce dedication and selfless work behind each athlete’s success. Named Sportstar Aces, the awards will strive to tell these stories, thereby providing encouragement to our athletes and their support systems. Aces will also aim to create a platform where stakeholders involved with Indian sports meet and share their vision for the growth of games as we jointly find ways to make dreams a reality.
