Madrid based Marca has claimed that Thibaut Courtois has already told his team mates at Stamford Bridge that he will be joining to Real Madrid in the summer.
Similar reports have been seen in other Spanish media, linking Courtois to Bernabeu.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper currently has a contract running till 2018 at Chelsea, but he has previously expressed his desire of moving back to Madrid.
In September, Courtois was quoted as saying ‘When I left Spain I had it clear in my mind that one day I was going to return there, From the first minute I fell in love with Spain for its people, lifestyle, food."
He has currently established himself as the No.1 keeper at Chelsea, and has put up some impressive performances in the past few games.
Chelsea is on an 11-game unbeaten streak and it has kept 9 clean sheets in those eleven games.
